Lipika complains about how Mangal prefers her cousin Lakshmi over herself. Adit and Kusum reach Mangal’s home, where Shanti and Mangal’s father welcome them, revealing how they raised Lakshmi after her father Shankar’s death. Soon, Nitin Bharadwaj visits as Lakshmi’s suitor. The alliance is almost finalized when Mangal arrives and reveals she chose Sachin as her suitor, exposing that Nitin has already had two marriages. |

Denying responsibility for his previous marriages, Nitin and his family storm out of the house after Mangal refuses to let Lakshmi marry Nitin. Seeing Mangal’s choice, Adit leaves in anger, leaving Mangal worried about its aftermath. Mangal defends Lakshmi when Shanti calls her a burden, recalling she took Lakshmi’s responsibility 22 years ago after her mother’s demise. Elsewhere, Kartik proposes to his partner Jiya. |
Khushi privately threatens RV not to take Purvi with him, but RV disappoints her, saying he has nullified the restraining order, Khushi sent to him by proving in the court that she wants to rekindle her relationship with RV by removing Purvi from his life. |

Vijay reveals Kuldeep’s dark deeds, but Kuldeep poisons Kunal’s mind against Vandana and Vijay by slandering Vani and Vijay’s innocent friendship, and Mrunal, Hemant and Anagha side with Kuldeep. |
Lakshmi hands the day’s earnings to Shanti, who criticizes the small amount, humiliating her for being a burden. She flies a paper plane with a message for her mother written in it, which lands on Kartik, who gets intrigued by it. Adit vents the office’s frustration on Mangal, claiming his life has turned into hell because of her. |
RV agrees to the Tandons’ request to have dinner with them, which prompts Purvi to accuse RV of feigning greatness. Tandons that Purvi failed miserably in her first cooking ritual. On the other hand, Monisha panics upon learning RV and Purvi are soulmates according to the horoscope. |
