The doctor gifts a few books and a pen to Jhanak, encouraging her to study. Seeing Jhanak walk in the scorching heat, Aniruddh forces her to sit in his car, but she firmly refuses to comply, causing a spectacle. When the Basus hear of it, they confront Jhanak, but she silences them with a befitting reply. Meanwhile, Aniruddh suggests Jhanak’s name for an ad shoot instead of Arshi’s. |

Armaan and Gulnaaz ask Nigaar to spy on Ibaadat, Mannat and Subhaan. Hearing Subhaan sing, Mannat recognizes his voice to be of the secret superstar and tries to meet him with Ibaadat. Ibadaat and Mannat face a religious mob attack after meeting Subhaan from a distance. Dua is unable to accept Ibadaat fully due to her complex emotions. Kainaat creates a scene after overhearing Dua and Hameeda talk about her. Gulnaaz aims to get her share of the property and stop Armaan from helping Ibadaat and Mannat. |

Jhanak leaves for the shoot with a new spark. Jhanak’s lack of confidence worries the director, but her performance mesmerizes him. Meanwhile, Bipasha alerts Arshi about Jhanak’s modelling contract. Aniruddh visits the set. Seeing Aniruddh humiliate Jhanak to provoke her to do better, Chhoton realizes that Aniruddh has fallen for Jhanak. |
Purnima and Rajneesh’s hope for a nonhazardous future gets ruined as their car is smashed by a truck and thrown into a lake. Shayna and a masked man delightfully look at them from the top of the lake. Purnima gets stabbed by a rod and is critical. Raj is devastated and is shocked later to see a dead body while finding Purnima. |
Subhaan gets injured while trying to save Mannat and Ibaadat from the religious mob’s attack. Later, Ibaadat takes care of his injury. Meanwhile, Nigaar witnesses Mannat meet her love interest, Farhan secretly in the car and makes a video of them. |

Jhanak impresses everyone. Arshi and Shristi learn about Jhanak’s shoot and go to the location, belittling Jhanak and questioning Anirudhha. Anirudhha tries to manage everything, but Jhanak reveals she only came there because of Aniruddha. The organizer spots Arshi and questions her about her cancelled shoot. Anirudhha recalls lying to them about Arshi being busy on the scheduled date of this shoot. |
Purnima dies in Rajneesh’s arms leaving him inconsolable. Later, a sage helps Rajneesh and summon Purnima’s soul. She predicts that she will be reborn with a birthmark of a stab wound in a village in Gujarat on the 4th of June, with her mother’s name being Malti. Meanwhile, Damyanti cuts ties with the Raghuvanshis when they refuse to believe in Chirag’s innocence. |
Mannat stops Nigaar from revealing to Ibaadat about her secret meeting with Farhan. Subhaan conveys his wishes for Mannat and Ibaadat’s birthday through his poetry. Gulnaaz predicts the revelation of the secret of Mannat and Ibaadat being half-sisters through Kainaat. Meanwhile, Kainaat creates a spectacle threatening to leave the house and instigates Hina against Hameeda and Dua. |

Arshi and Shrishti are surprised when they discover Aniruddh recommended Jhanak’s name and lied about Arshi’s availability for the modelling campaign. Aniruddh asks Jhanak to open her bank account to deposit her payment of Rs. 7 lakhs from the shoot. He accompanies her to the bank while maintaining a rude demeanour. |
The Raghuvanshis worry when Rajneesh rejoices and waits for the 4th of June. On the 4th of June, he reaches the Gujarati village but fails to meet Malini as the house Purnima mentioned in her prediction belongs to a group of transgenders. Shortly after, chased by the masked man, Malini reaches the transgenders’ house where she gives birth to Purnima. Eighteen years later in South India, Purnima, reborn as Poonam wakes up, being tormented by voices and flashbacks of her previous life. |
The Akhtars delightfully welcome Subhaan. The Akhtar family drama intensifies as Kainaat insists on leaving the house. Hameeda apologizes to stop Kainaat. Dua also offers her apology but gets intervened by Subhaan. |
| 7th March 24 |
Aniruddh keeps mentioning Rahul to Jhanak, frustrating her. At the bank, Aniruddh clicks Jhanak’s photo for the form, opens her bank account and adds an extra 3 lakh rupees. When inquired by Jhanak, he says it is her salary for working at his house. Later, Aniruddh buys new clothes for Jhanak and takes her to a cafe, where they get clicked as a couple for Valentine’s Month celebration. |
Purnima is now Poonam, living with her aunt in Palakkad. She confides in her blind cousin, Netra, about hearing voices from Ujjain’s temples and having flashbacks of her previous life. Despite her dreams of becoming a doctor, Poonam can’t join medical college due to her aunt’s insistence to work. In Ujjain, Kuhu’s mother is busy in a nightclub, while Sumitra comforts her. Rajneesh fails to see Poonam’s face on a call with his daughter, Kuhu since she is her teacher. |
Ibaadat confides in Mannat about Kainaat and Dua’s rude behaviour towards her. She thinks that Kainaat blames her for Haider’s death and suspects a hidden secret. After finding out the empty bags, Subhaan confronts Kainaat for creating a spectacle of leaving, making her furious. She is about to reveal her reason for hating Ibaadat and Dua. |

Jhanak and Aniruddh return home, and the latter lies that Jhanak took a loan from him and bought clothes for Arshi’s wedding. Arshi finds Aniruddh and Jhanak’s photograph at the cafe and visits the Basu house, confronting the duo. Meanwhile, Aniruddh tries to manage the situation, but Arshi considers calling off their wedding. |
Rajneesh confronts Shayna for neglecting Kuhu and they argue due to their strained relationship. Rajneesh recalls his memories with Purnima and refutes Sumitra’s request to sit for the Puja. Poonam accepts Shayna’s job offer of being Kuhu’s nanny and arrives in Ujjain. But both of them remain oblivious about their identities. Rajneesh and Poonam cross paths but fail to meet. |
Subhaan plans to propose to his beloved, possibly Mannat or Ibaadat. Kainaat assures Hina that Subhaan will choose Mannat. Meanwhile, Gulnaaz aims to defame Mannat and ruin her chances of marriage by exposing her affair with Farhan through the video Nigaar shot. |
