Sachin incidentally learns that Sayali is in danger, and out of humanity, he rescues her from Sudhakar.

Paresh and his family visit the Yadav house and fix Tejas and Sayali’s wedding, but Renu pressures Shubha for dowry.

Paresh hands his retirement cheque to Tejas. Meanwhile, Tejas aims to encash it and settle with Isha, after calling off his wedding with Sayali.

- Sayali’s introduction: A warm-hearted, responsible Sayali, who is a florist, dreams of becoming a businesswoman.
- Introducing Sachin: Sachin, a reckless, hot-tempered taxi driver, a nonbeliever in love and protests any wrongdoing. Sachin is deeply attached to his father Paresh and his Ajji.
- Renu’s discrimination: Sachin’s mother Renu loathes Sachin because of his ‘Kundali Dosh’.
- Sayali becomes fatherless: Sayali’s greedy brother Dilip steals Sachin’s bike. Ashamed of his son’s deed, Alok commits suicide under a train, which was coincidentally driven by Sachin’s father, Paresh. This makes Paresh remorseful.
- Paresh’s emotional decision: Paresh decides to get Tejas married to Sayali to lessen his guilt. Tejas agrees to marry on the condition that Paresh transfers his retirement money to him. However, Tejas’ girlfriend, Isha plots to ditch Tejas, after taking his money.
