Logline:

The story revolves around Purnima, a resilient girl, determined to bear the economic burden of her poverty-stricken family. She encounters a medical intern, Rajneesh Raghuvanshi, and thereafter begins their epic love story. However, the story begins in the past, i.e. in the year 2004 and is expected to portray a leap soon. The plot is set to depict the trial of their love along with the complex web of reincarnation.

• Romance: The story starts with Rajneesh encountering Purnima, who is playing hard-to-get but he remains insistent on getting her over to his side

• Supernatural/Otherworldly: There is Rajneesh’s aunt, Damyanti, a widowed soothsayer, who has predicted that Rajneesh’s life is in danger. The promo has depicted an accident unfolding soon, which will result in the death of one or both protagonists, leading us to the theme of reincarnation. Also, there is a major presence of Lord Shiva, as the show portrays the Mahakal temple, and how the supernatural is set to intervene in their love story, hopefully bringing them together.

• Reincarnation: The ill-fated love story is expected to experience turbulence with the death of one or several characters. However, the character(s) is/are to reincarnate to continue their epic love story.

• Revenge: Damyanti lives with her son, Chirag, but in a separate house despite being a part of the Raghuvanshi family. The initial episodes hint towards a family history that has caused Chirag to harbor a grudge against the Raghuvanshis.

• Poverty: Purnima has been shown as the daughter of a poverty-stricken family that is devoid of a father figure. However, she is determined to fight through the obstacles and establish herself while resisting her mother’s constant nagging to marry a frivolous man named Murli.

1. It is the year 2004, in Ujjain, where Purnima and Rajneesh meet while escaping from a storm.

2. Damyanti warns Sumitra about Rajneesh’s unaligned planets that pose a threat to his life.

3. Chirag and Damyanti live separately despite being a part of the Raghuvanshi family, which irks Chirag, motivating him to harbor a grudge against them.

4. Rajneesh insists he has a connection with Purnima, despite Purnima’s attempts at severing all ties.

5. With divine intervention playing a major role in the show, it is seen how Purnima has unknowingly saved Rajneesh’s life and vice versa. It is a fated love story.

6. Sumitra, Rajneesh’s mother, an extremely devoted mother, always worried for her son’s safety, is seen dissuading Rajneesh from returning to Delhi to complete his studies.

7. Bauji, the patriarchal head of the Raghuvanshi family, is seen to be very misogynistic. The plotline is yet to unfold how his character affects the relationship that will be nurtured between Purnima and Rajneesh.

Rajneesh: a medical intern, hailing from a rich family, who firmly believes in science and logical reasoning.

• In terms of beliefs, Rajneesh is the opposite of Purnima since he believes that everything has a scientific explanation behind it. He grapples with ideas like fate and reincarnation.
