The story is based on the life of Mohan and his devoted lover Radha, in which Radha protects Mohan at every turn from Damini’s evil eye and is resolute to secure justice for Tulsi’s soul.

Characters

Radha

A simple girl from the village, harbouring great love for Mohan since childhood. After marrying Mohan, Radha resolves to expose Tulsi’s murderer.

Mohan: Radha’s husband

The owner of Trivedi Publications, who holds himself responsible for the death of his first wife, Tulsi.

Damini:  Antagonist

She is fixated on Mohan but left lovelorn twice which makes her hardcore evil. She seeks revenge on Radha.

Gungun: Mohan’s daughter

Who gives Radha the status of her mother after her mother Tulsi’s death and at her request, she stops blaming Mohan for Tulsi’s death.

Kadambari: Mohan’s stepmother and Ketki and Rahul’s mother

Despite initial differences, Radha’s amiable and caring nature impels her to accept Radha.

Plot Points

1. Tulsi, Mohan’s first wife dies, and her spirit keeps wandering around the Trivedi house to avenge her death and protect Gungun.
2. Gungun blames Mohan for Tulsi’s death and thus holds a grudge against him.
   Radha has a soft spot for Mohan since her childhood.
3. Kadambari arranges Mohan’s remarriage with her sister Kaveri’s daughter, Damini, who is obsessed with Mohan and his wealth.
4. Radha saves Gungun’s life once and starts staying at Trivedi house. Radha eventually grows closer to Mohan, making Damini jealous.
5. Mohan and Gungun save Radha from a deceitful alliance with a man named Hriday.
6. Hriday takes revenge on Gungun by throwing her into a borewell, but Radha rescues the latter.
7. Damini tries to create a misunderstanding between Radha and Mohan, but Tulsi helps Radha marry Mohan, causing rage in Mohan.
8. Radha and Mohan acquire Gungun’s custody.
9. Mohan supports Damini, blames Radha at every turn, adding fuel to Gungun and Mohan’s rift.
10. Radha exposes Mohan’s debaucher Mamaji Bhushan’s true intent, and this incident brings Radha and Mohan closer.
11. Radha starts going to Mohan’s office, where she discovers Damini and Kaveri killed Tulsi and starts spying on them.
12. To get Radha out of her way, Damini locks her in a freezer, where she fights off death until the last drop of blood. Later, Mohan rescued her.
13. Radha learns Mandira is her estranged mother who abandoned her in her childhood.
14. Damini, Mamaji, Kaveri and Tulsi’s brother Mohit frame Radha in Tulsi’s murder and ensure her death penalty. However, Mohan gathers evidence against Damini and saves Radha.
15. Damini takes over Trivedi house and renders the Trivedis penniless. Mohan and Radha visit Maldives at the invitation of Krishna Kashyap, secure a publishing contract and take their house back from Damini.
16. Damini attempts to murder Gungun, but she survives.
17. To spread the riot, a foreign lady named Mr X hijacks a flight which Radha and Mohan boarded to go to America. Radha and Mohan outsmart them and rescue the nation.
18. Damini and Kaveri seek Guruma’s help to trap Tulsi’s spirit. Meanwhile, Mohan gets possessed by Tulsi’s spirit, and Radha suspects Kadambari is Guruma.
19. Radha, Mohan and Shiv fight off the hijackers.
