The narrative unfolds with the portrayal of the unmatched friendship of Pari and Neeti. However, the plot takes a dramatic turn when Neeti discovers that Pari is, in fact, the wife of her husband, Sanju, aka Rajeev.

Pari
A submissive, selfless and compassionate individual, who sacrifices her marriage to ensure the happiness of her best friend Neeti and her marital life.
Sanju alias Rajeev: Pari, Husband, Neeti’s husband
An architect by profession, who loves Neeti and marries her despite his existing marital ties with Pari. After marrying Neeti, his life gets entangled between the two wives. Later, after the truth revelation, he starts developing soft corner for Pari.
Neeti: Pari’s best friend, Pari’s husband’s second wife
A headstrong individual with unwavering faith in her best friend Pari and lover Sanju (Rajeev), who was once a successful air hostess, focuses on her household after marrying Sanju.
Rakesh: Pari’s obsessed lover
Pari’s, obsessed lover, who is the son of an influential political leader. Rakesh’s obsession with winning over Pari grows so intense that he resorts to killing people.
Bebe: Pari’s elderly in-law
A cunning, elderly and vengeful relative of Rajeev, who never gives up on her attempts to break up the Bajwa family. She intends to settle an old score with Rajeev’s mother, Gurinder and uses Neeti as her pawn.
Plot Points
- Pari deals with her obsessed lover, Rakesh, who is a spoiled brat of an influential political leader.
- Intending to usurp the property Pari inherited from her father, Rajeev’s mother, Gurinder convinces Rajeev to marry Pari. Later, he moves to Chandigarh, leaving Pari behind in her maiden home.
- Neeti pursues her Air Hostess course in Chandigarh while Pari comes to stay with her.
- Rajeev uses his nickname, Sanju, to create a fake identity, and fixated with Neeti, he proposes to her at a party, which she accepts, oblivious to the fact that he is Pari’s husband.
- Rajeev ends up marrying Neeti but keeps Pari in the dark about it.
- Pari’s father dies in a shootout.
- Pari learns about Rajeev’s marriage with her best friend, Neeti.
- Pari learns that Neeti is pregnant with Rajeev’s child.
- Pari convinces the Bajwas to accept Neeti as Rajeev’s wife and continues to reside with them under the same roof at the Bajwa House. Pari displays unconditional love for Neeti.
- As Rajeev feels guilty, he tries to apologise to Pari, but she rejects his apology.
- Rakesh arrives in Chandigarh to separate Rajeev and Pari. Amid Rajeev and Rakesh’s fight, Neeti gets shot and suffers a miscarriage.
- To help Neeti deal with the trauma of her miscarriage, Pari decides to become a surrogate mother for Neeti and Rajeev’s child.

- Bebe, a distant relative of Rajeev’s side comes to the Bajwa house to settle old scores with Gurinder.

- After Neeti and Bebe’s multiple failed attempts to harm Pari, Pari learns that Neeti is behind all the conspiracies and feels shattered.
- Neeti leaves the Bajwa house and asks for a divorce from Rajeev. However, she harbours a deep hatred for Pari and keeps conspiring against her.
- Bebe pushes Pari into a river and hopes she drowns. Neeti and Bebe watch Pari struggling the the water. Rajeev jumps into the water and saves Pair’s life.
- Neeti sets the Bajwa house on fire in an attempt to kill Pari. Pari and Rajeev get trapped in the engulfing fire and fight for survival.
