Mangal wins her children’s challenge by putting colour on Adit before anyone else.

At the Holi party, Lakshmi joins Adit’s cousin Kartik on stage when he forgets the lyrics to a song. Kartik’s girlfriend, Jiya, realizes that Lakshmi is the lyricist Kartik sought.

Adit admits to having an affair with girlfriend, Soumya, when confronted by Lakshmi. Later, he denies the allegation before his mother, Kusum, says he accepted it due to Lakshmi’s instigation.

Lakshmi’s obsessive lover, Nitin, kidnaps Lakshmi when she goes to collect a garment order.

- Lakshmi’s Suspicion: After Adit and Soumya evade getting caught at a restaurant by Mangal, Lakshmi overhears the restaurant’s delivery boy talking about seeing Adit with another woman.
- Mangal Saves the Day: Mangal prepares a feast when Soumya’s food order for Saxena’s housewarming ceremony gets cancelled. Later, Adit verbally abuses Mangal for appearing unkempt before his colleagues.
- Lakshmi’s Misunderstanding: Lakshmi overhears Kartik talking about marrying his girlfriend Jiya. She mistakes him to be talking about her and becomes aloof.
