Week 15 Highpoints

Rukmini learns that Sadhu Maharaj is Anand, and he was the one who threatened her in the name of Ganga.

Ganga and Vansh get infected with chicken pox. Rukmini makes Bhola, aka Doree their evil eye warder. Bhola endures suffering for the Thakurs and ends up falling sick.

Anand helps the weavers and Doree to atone for his wrongdoings in the past.

- Ganga’s misconception: Doree warns Ganga that Rukmini wants to kill him, but he mistakenly identifies Rukmini as Kailashi Devi, his saviour.
- Ganga marries Neelu: Neelu and Ganga get married, prove that Ganga is Mahendra’s eldest son and send Anand to jail for attempting to kill Rukmini.
- Doree appears as Bhola: At a sage’s advice, Doree transforms into a small boy, Bhola, aiming to protect Ganga from Rukmini’s deadly ploys.
- Rukmini receives threat: Rukmini receives threat, suspects it is from Ganga and seeks help from her son Anand, but Anand becomes ascetic and refuses to help.
Full Story Recap:
The story revolves around Doree, a six-year-old endearing girl, who lives with her handicapped foster father, Ganga Prasad in the weavers’ tenement in Benaras. The world of orthodox patriarchy opens to her when she meets Kailashi Devi, the misogynistic head of the Thakur family.
